TVP Technology Voucher Program

The Technology Voucher Programme (TVP) is a funding scheme managed by the Innovation and Technology Commission of Hong Kong. It aims to encourage local enterprises and organizations to use technology services and solutions to enhance productivity or facilitate upgrading and transformation.
All enterprises registered in Hong Kong
Includes R&D, technology transfer, market promotion, workforce development, infrastructure, startup support.
The government funding limit is HKD 600,000 per project, with enterprises required to contribute at least 25%.
BUD Special Fund
The BUD Special Fund is a funding scheme launched by the Hong Kong government to help enterprises enhance their brand, upgrade and transform, and expand into domestic markets.
Enterprises established in Hong Kong that aim to expand into overseas markets.
Covers brand promotion, productivity enhancement, product development, management system upgrades, and market expansion domestically or overseas.
Each enterprise can receive up to HKD 7 million, with a funding ratio of 50%.
Easy BUD
Easy BUD is a simplified version of the BUD Special Fund, designed to streamline the application process, making it easier and faster for enterprises to obtain funding.
Enterprises established in Hong Kong that aim to expand into overseas markets.
Includes advertising promotion, design/production of promotional materials, establishment/optimization of company websites, and market expansion domestically or overseas.
Each project can receive up to HKD 100,000, with a funding ratio of 50%.
BUD e-Commerce Easy
BUD e-Commerce Easy is part of the BUD Special Fund, specifically targeting the needs of enterprises in the e-commerce sector, helping them expand their market through e-commerce platforms.
Enterprises established in Hong Kong that aim to expand into the Mainland market.
Covers brand promotion, productivity enhancement, product development, management system upgrades, and market expansion domestically or overseas.
Each enterprise can receive up to HKD 4 million, with a funding ratio of 75%.
SME Export Marketing Fund (EMF)
The SME Marketing Fund aims to support Hong Kong SMEs in expanding into overseas markets.
All enterprises registered in Hong Kong.
Participation in overseas exhibitions, promotional activities, online marketing, and product promotion.
Up to HKD 100,000 per project, with a maximum of HKD 800,000 per enterprise.
DTSPP
The Digital Transformation Support Pilot Programme (DTSPP) is a pilot scheme launched by the Hong Kong government to assist SMEs in digital transformation.

Covers the adoption of digital technologies such as e-commerce, data analytics, and cybersecurity.
